It's been a long day and I'm looking forward to relaxing in front of the tube watching The Office and passing out. I spent a good portion of the day searching for cheaper textbooks on-line, talking to the career counselor about my resume and getting ready for class. I had a phone interview with a marketing firm at three and I'm not sure it's the best fit but I did get to speak to a man named Kermit, so that was cool.
My first class was great - I really like the instructor and there is a good mix of students - recent graduates, twenty-year veterans, mechanical engineers, writers, pharmaceutical reps and artists. I also really like that the class is capped at 20 so there is a nice intimate feel... a big change from my freshman year at ASU where they were capped at 200. I'm excited about school and looking forward to diving into my homework this weekend. We'll see how long that lasts!

Enjoy school and good luck with the job hunt. My job hunt is going ok I suppose. I got rejected today after a second interview. I had a first yesterday and another first tomorrow.
I hate interviewing.

oooooooh....how many classes are you taking and what was the class you had yesterday? it's so exciting!
I'm taking three classes- Management Tools, Managerial Accounting and Human Capital. Last night was the human capital class. And yes, it is so exciting! I dig it.
